Kiran C. Chhaganlal

Kiran Chhaganlal is an accomplished senior executive with 30+ years of operational experience in multi-national companies and start-up enterprises, as well as in law firms and corporate legal departments. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics, the Barrister-at-Law degree from Grays Inn, London, and the Certificate of Law from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.

Mr. Chhaganlal is the Founder and CEO of Ius Juris LLC, which is provides legal support and services for in-house legal departments and law firms in North America, delivering between 30 – 80% cost savings to them. Ius Juris has a dedicated team of lawyers who specialize in various practice areas, including Intellectual Property (trademarks and patents), Contracts, and Compliance Programs. Ius Juris LLC, founded in 2006, is a certified Minority Business Enterprise.

Mr. Chhaganlal is also a Co-Founder of Legal Order Services, Inc. The company offers an end-to-end solution as a service (SaaS) to assist in better managing the research and fulfillment of third party legal orders and requests, like subpoenas, garnishments, levies, support orders, and many others. Such orders and requests can be both civil and criminal, and issued by the courts and governmental agencies. LOS offers its collaborative, browser delivered solution to banks and companies in the telecommunications, insurance, and health sectors.

During his distinguished career, Mr. Chhaganlal has created and led business development, legal, regulatory, corporate compliance, real estate and corporate communications departments within multi-national companies. He is also a patent inventor, with a successful patent registration in USA. Mr. Chhaganlal has lived at least 8 years each in India, Fiji Islands, England, New Zealand, and now in USA since 2000.

Mr. Chhaganlal is a Co-Founder, Past-President, and Past-Chairman of TiE Florida, and a Charter Member of TiE Tampa. He is also on the Board of Directors of Florida’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities. He has served as President and Executive Committee Member of several Indian cultural and community organizations in four countries. Mr. Chhaganlal was elected National President of the New Zealand Corporate Lawyers Association for three consecutive terms, as well as being a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Auckland Harbourside in New Zealand.
