Trisha C. Kapadia
Trisha C. Kapadia is a Certified Paralegal (C.P.) with NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants). She also graduated from Rollins College, Winter Park/Orlando, FL with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences Degree, majoring in Political Science. She is also a paralegal, with considerable work experience with Orlando-based law firms.
Ms. Kapadia has worked as a paralegal in law firms in Florida and California from 2005, specializing in litigation in the health services sector, mortgage foreclosure processes, and personal injury litigation.
With Ius Juris, Ms. Kapadia focuses in the areas of contracts, trademarks, and litigation. She also manages one of the India Teams on contracts drafting and review.
Ms. Kapadia is proficient in two Indian languages, and also has some practical knowledge in Spanish and French. She also has set up and runs an Indian Classical Dance School.
